1 . How do I place my order on your website?


Please browse through and once you have found the item you like to purchase, you just need to click the “add to cart” button in order to proceed with your purchase. Then you just need to follow instructions through the checkout process to be able to complete your order.
You can continue shopping until the very end of the checkout process upon which you will be asked for your payment information through bank transfer.
Kindly state and mention your size & color that you want, THIS IS MOST IMPORTANT.

3 . What is the method of payment?
Currently, we offer payment you can make through online transfer via CIMB and Maybank of Malaysia.
4 . What currency do you use?
We only use Malaysia Ringgit (MYR)
5 . Do you ship your merchandise worldwide?
No, this is available for Malaysia only and we deliver by Pos Laju courier and it expects to arrive within 2-3 days upon sending.
6 .  How long will it take for my order to be processed and delivered?
Once you have completed and we confirmed acceptance of payment for your order, we will usually take 2-3 weeks' working days for us to process the order. For delivery arrangement please refer this page .
7 . How much shipping will be charged for each order?
As it is now, all delivery is shipping free. 
8 . Can I track my parcel online?
Yes, you will be advised of the tracking no. once we delivered the merchandise and can trace the delivery online.
9 . What should I do if my order never arrived?
Please let us know urgently through Contact Form if you did not receive your order.
10. How can I make returns or exchanges?
Please return the goods if it is wrong model sent to you. Unfortunely, we do not provide product exchange. We would advise that you carefully view your order before making submission or payment. To further elaborate this, kindly refer to our policy or contact us by email if you need clarification.
11. What should I do if the items were damaged upon receipt?
You need to inform us immediately upon receipt of shipment. Once you noted the product was damaged during shipment, we may require the item to be sent back to us or have the picture of the damaged item to be reviewed before we send out a new replacement or issue a refund. But usually we'll check yours before delivery.
